By accessing or using the Suryaion website and platform at suryaion.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
Suryaion ("we", "us") is a solar intelligence platform that provides AI-powered solar assessments, financial modelling, and carbon credit calculations. We are not a solar panel manufacturer, installer, or financial adviser. Our reports are for informational and planning purposes.
Suryaion does not sell panels, does not manufacture equipment, and does not own installation teams. We operate a marketplace connecting consumers with vetted third-party installers.
Our solar intelligence assessment service analyses the electricity bill data and location information you provide to generate a personalised solar assessment report. By using this service, you acknowledge that:
The current fee for a Suryaion Solar Intelligence Report is Rs 499 per assessment. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. The fee is charged at the time of report generation. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
If your report cannot be generated due to a technical error on our part, we will offer a full refund or a re-run of the assessment at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds where the report has been successfully generated.
Suryaion operates a marketplace where vetted solar installers can connect with customers who have completed assessments. By requesting an installer connection, you consent to Suryaion sharing your contact details and assessment summary with relevant installers in your area. You are under no obligation to proceed with any installer and may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting office@suryaion.com.
Suryaion does not guarantee the quality, timeline, or pricing of any installation carried out by third-party installers on our platform. Any contract for installation is solely between you and the installer. Suryaion is not a party to any such contract.
Carbon credit valuations provided in our reports are indicative estimates based on current voluntary market rates and the BEE domestic carbon market framework. These valuations are subject to significant market fluctuation and are not guaranteed. Suryaion does not guarantee that you will be able to register, verify, or sell carbon credits from your solar system. Carbon credit income should not be the sole basis for an investment decision in solar equipment.
All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, report templates, calculation methodologies, and software is the property of Suryaion or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Your assessment report is licensed to you for personal or internal business use only. You may share your report but may not resell or commercialise it.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Platform and all reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Suryaion does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that reports will be accurate in all respects, or that any particular outcome will be achieved by following our recommendations.
Solar generation, savings, and carbon credit income depend on factors outside our control including weather, equipment performance, policy changes, and market conditions. Actual results may differ materially from estimates.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suryaion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on our reports, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of savings, or investment losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the assessment report giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
