Every figure in your Suryaion report is cited to a public source: your DISCOM's tariff schedule for tariff rates, MNRE's solar resource database for irradiance figures, MNRE scheme documentation for subsidy rules, and BEE's grid emission intensity tables for carbon calculations. Each source is publicly accessible and independently verifiable. If a specific figure needs clarification, email office@suryaion.com with your report reference number and the figure in question.
The assessment fee is non-refundable once your report has been generated, because the computational and data costs are incurred at the moment of generation. However, if you believe a specific figure is incorrect due to a calculation error on our part, contact us at office@suryaion.com and we will review and correct the report at no additional charge.
Your bill data is used solely to generate your solar assessment. It is not shared with any installer, partner, or third party without your explicit request. Bill documents are processed securely and stored under our Privacy Policy terms. You may request deletion of your uploaded bill data at any time by emailing office@suryaion.com. We do not sell personal data to any party for any purpose.
No. Suryaion is a solar intelligence platform. We do not sell panels, do not install systems, and do not manufacture any equipment. We provide independent assessments, connect customers with vetted installers in our network, and facilitate carbon credit aggregation. This independence is the reason our assessments can be trusted: we have no financial interest in recommending a particular installer or a larger system size.
Your completed report includes an option to request installer connections in your geography. When you request a connection, we introduce you to relevant vetted installers in our network who have credentials and customer ratings on our platform. You speak with them directly, share your Suryaion report, and compare their quotes against the benchmarks in your report. You are under no obligation to use any installer we introduce.
Yes. Carbon credit registration on the Suryaion platform is open to any functional rooftop solar installation, regardless of when it was installed or which installer completed the work. Contact us at office@suryaion.com with your installation details and we will advise on registration eligibility and process for your specific system.
